Our Watch Commander Manager plays a key role in overseeing daily security operations and ensuring our officers maintain the professional standards expected by Harrisburg Security Inc. Through officer supervision, scheduling coordination, site support, and communication with both personnel and management, the Watch Commander Manager helps ensure dependable coverage and effective security operations.

Our Watch Commanders provide hands-on leadership and support to security officers while helping ensure each site operates according to client expectations and established procedures. They assist with officer supervision, site inspections, coverage coordination, incident response, and communication between officers and management.
